Another author writing about the troubled screen goddess. The story's pretence is interesting. It makes sense to put Monroe on the couch of a psychiatrist as she was plagued by a host of mental problems. What the author made of this was interesting in part, but boring at times. IMO you could make a better novel out of that extraordinary life.
