The speakers performance was not as good as the one in the Mastery Audiobook but the content was very good so i recommend listening to it.

Audio OK, content great

As an engineer I did not learn much from this book. I write interesting points down while I listen. This book had a total of 8 interesting points for me. It starts really interesting (creative work before reactive work). After that approx. 3 hours is mostly fluff. In the end it starts to get a bit more interesting (practise unnecessary creation in a low pressure environment).

This book is almost entirely based on expert opinions, not on research. To be a "professional at prestiguous company XY" is often enough to be considered as an expert. I also disliked the annoying advertisement for websites after every chapter. Also all examples come from the fields of creative writing or filmmaking. This made them hard to relate for me.

not very usefull
