Ashleigh Pence had been the all-American high school girl: cheerleader, prom queen...and in love with another girl. I enjoyed the story quite a bit, great chemistry between the mains, well written, superb narration! Will definitely listen to it again!

I really enjoyed this book. It is written in a very nice and pleasant way It contains themes like second chance at love, friends to lovers and femme-femme. The book switches between present time and the past, yet in a suitable way in terms of the Story the timeline. One does not get the feeling of jumping around the timeline for no reason. It is used in an enjoyable way to make the story richer.

Narration: I still have to find the audiobook, where I would think that Abby Craden could have done a better job. For me personally she is one of the best voice actors we have in the lesbian romance genre. Not to be expected otherwise, she did a fabulous job in “Love Waits”. Her vivid storytelling makes the time fly by.

Rating: I rated this book with five stars, because I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Gerri Hill never disappoints. I read the (paper) book years ago and loved it. Listing to Abby Craden (who could read the phone book to me) makes it even better! Def. 5 Stars!
