most of the book is political manoeuvring all the way to chapter 16 and on where she's just acts bored like child (also if the main character is bored so are we....) over detailing a heavy cast of characters that mostly do nothing even after that when she finally marches out more political nonsense pops up to where she leaves her men to defend themselves in the field so she might fly back and do more politics
even in the final chapters the final villan basically excepts death no real pay off the battles are brief and lackluster
all in all a waste of a month's credit seriously disappointed as the model this book isbased on is one of my favourites I'm just going to forget this book as much as possible
