The word "Evo" represents a continuous growth toward success.

The idea of using Evo in the title was to let people know that the most successful and impactful leaders learn to adapt to this ever-changing world. They are not stuck leading like we did years in the past. They learn people, understand their needs, and evolve to lead in a way that others desire to follow.

We have all had the leaders who would yell or curse, or pitch a fit when things didn’t go their way. We have had the leaders who used people to get what they wanted. Hopefully, we have even had the leaders that created systems and eventually created positive employee engagement. Whatever level of leader you have had in the past, you can learn the skills to move yourself and your team into that “Super-leader” category. The skills taught in this audiobook will help you create a rhythm of success, communicate and influence like a pro, create clarity of purpose, turn your team into evangelists who love and promote your organization, build positive accountability so that others wand to do what you need to be done, and the solidify the transformation into that greater culture. Building the kind of culture that others desire to work in and that leaders love to lead requires evolving and keeping this new pace operating smoothly.

How you lead will determine your rhythm of success. Bruce Lee talked about this rhythm of success in his book The Tao of Jeet Kune Do. We can create a rhythm of success or a rhythm of failure, but we will operate in a rhythm either way. Each of us must master the progression of learning from a lack of awareness to full integration so that these leadership skills are a natural extension of who we are.
