Welcome to the glorious little Cornish town of St Felix - where romance and magic sparkle in the summer air.

Kate thinks all her wishes have come true when she opens her own little craft shop in the idyllic harbour town of St Felix.

I don‘t understand the critics. I truly liked this book, although it perhaps is not 5*. Nice easy listening in the typical Ali McNamara style.

Entertaining

I am a big fan of Ali McNamara, and this series set in St Felix is lovely. But this book? Nope. Everything is obvious, expected and the pacing drags on and on. It seems like nobody trusted us readers to understand human behavior—interruptions get explained as such, when someone turns away it is explained that it is to avoid looking at someone. A lot of „well, duh!“ moments.
