After reading 'Jane Two', I thought I couldn't be any more touched by Mickey's story.. listening to the audiobook proved me wrong. Narrated by the author himself, it had me at 'For Her' and hasn't left me long after 'Amen'. Reading the different characters in an amazing variety of voices, Sean Patrick Flanery is able to transport every single emotion directly into my heart like no other. Especially during the last 2 chapters, hearing the hurt and the pain in his voice brought me to tears and made me think about my own life, missed opportunities and so much more.
Thank you Sean for recording this and bringing Jane, Mickey, Granddaddy and all the other characters to life. Best audiobook I've listened to, highly recommend it! 5 stars! (Though these never live up to the true magic of the story.)
