Real love is an action, effort, and a conscience decision to show up in a relationship 100 percent for your partner or husband/wife. It must be 100 percent on both sides of the fences in the relationship. No 50/50, no 70/30, no 60/40. It must be 100/100 on both sides. He must, she must, give the 100 individually, to the other. Love is not an emotion; it’s really deciding to accept the other person just as they are and vice-versa. Not by accepting anything they may cause - hurt or pain - but loving you just as Jesus loved us. (my own words).
The roots grow deeper and never stop growing, life will bring some ups and downs, but we as humans must learn to get past all the madness and know why and remember the first time we met. Also, stand by your partner in the bad times and the good times; no lips talking, but actions. Love will prevail over anything else. It had to be love.
