This is the first audiobook by Deida that is narrated by another person than himself. Which, in my eyes (ears) is unfortunate. The narrator has a very monotonous voice which makes it hard to get to the essence of what Deida is trying to convey without falling asleep or wandering off. In fact, the narrator doesnt seem to understand what he is reading. One has to remember Deida's intonation from other lectures and books to get the idea.

The content itself is often repetitive and most of its ideas are not new if you are familiar with Deida's books.
I'm ⅔ into the audionbook now and considering to return it for a refund.
