I listened twice this audiobook. A must read/listen for everyone that wants to start self-helping and understanding herself/himself. With great references, easy to understand, great tips and examples, plus very good exercises.

very poor book after you read actual good authors like Been Brown or Gabor Mate. maybe you can benefit from this book if you are in the very beginning of your healing journey.
