Good impulses...
This book gives good impulses as to how and what you can change to become more yourself. However, on a pedagogical psychology point of view I am missing the empirical evidences and theories, and, most importantly, the implications.
So, take the book as a daily word type of calender, use the topics/chapters as impulses to get you started and research and think about it more in depth on your own. (which you should do anyway to make it get stored in your memory).
