Interesting content but just not told interestingly enough

By all accounts, Satya Nadella has been very successful at his mission of fixing Microsoft culture. So I had great expectations for this book, expecting his wisdom / plan that be successfully followed.

Unfortunately, my hopes have been disappointed. I'm about halfway through the book and I haven't learned anything yet. True leadership requires strong opinions - Satya seems more interested in platitudes that won't offend anyone. I'd rather spend my time elsewhere.

The narrator, at least, was excellent. They made the most they could out of this boring book.
