This was one of the best books I've ever read. I was very doubtful about it but it was absolutely amazing from the very first minute and until the end.

Die Inhalte sind sehr gut aufbereitete und strukturiert und adressieren die wesentlichen Aspekte und räumen mit vielen Mythen auf. Generell ist auch die Einstellung des Autors sehr positiv und nachhaltig. Alles im allem werden viele Aspekte die man aus anderen Büchern kennt, sinvoll strukturiert und aufgewertet dargestellt.

Absolutely a great piece of book. Information and inspiration written in a very interesting style. Made my first 5km run with this book. So it's exciting enough to make me ignore the challenges of running the first 5k. Very strong practical examples to work with. Love it, love it❤️❤️💪🏾💪🏾

I have seen a few feedbacks for this book and all I can is:
Yes, the author shares a lot about his own products but that, in my opinion, is a great way of explaining what has worked and what has not - paired with research conducted. I love his honesty (work will know on your door if you want to get an opportunity) and his way of being able to simplify.
I also went through a few of his online courses and he makes your work. Sure you can just listen and be inspired as with Tony Robins, but he gives you specific actions to work on and try out and follow-up on. I had a few aha-moments that put a different light onto situations I have experienced and I am grateful he spend time on publishing this book.
