Groovy Satin Glutes: Zumba

This Poem / rap lyrics, Groovy Satin Glutes is based on the fitness regimes of using the latest resistance bands that many Gyms and exercise classes employ. This has become quite a craze for women in general, but also some guys want the benefits of this novel way of fitness. I don't blame them! The ladies have it sussed. It was inspired by a certain Zumba lady, who unfortunately didn't want to subscribe to the cover of this poem so it has gone to another Zumba lady..
