I really enjoyed this book. Great characters, lovely story, the cutest couple and the best kind of family: the one you choose yourself!

This book pleasantly surprised me. It follows two friends who escape from their cult and try to find their place in the world. The story was heartfelt, emotional, and realistic. I really liked the side characters and how the difficult moments were handled throughout the book.

I usually don’t read stories focused on religion, but this felt more like a story about two young people finding freedom, love, and the courage to enjoy life

Obwohl es kurze Erwähnungen von Gewalt va in Bezug auf den religiösen Kult gibt ist es ein Hörbuch mit HEA und Wohlfühl Garantie. Man darf keine tiefgreifende Geschichte erwarten, aber zum entspannten Hören während man zB spazieren geht oder so langweilige Dinge macht wie Hausarbeit ist es ideal.
