First book in a new series! Corinne Michaels is an author I always go for the audio book. Her pick of narrators is just awesome. As in this book: Zachary and Desiree brought this book to life with their narration! The tension was rolling off in vibes, and all the emotions were palpable.
Loved the story and I can't wait for the next one!

Zu Beginn war ich mehr wie gefesselt von dem Buch und die Themen die sie beinhalten. (Single Dad, Behindertes Kind, AgeGab). Der Humor hat mich gecatcht und des Öfteren zum Lachen gebracht. Zum ende hin hab ich mir eine andere Art Spannung und Herzschmerz gewünscht. War aber trotzdem glücklich mit dem Ende. Gutes Buch für zwischendurch.

I really liked the story and the characters. I am absolutely in love with the friendship of Pheobie and Olivia. But I am definitely not a fan of the “pregnant with another mans child” trope. That kind of ruined the story for me.
