One thing is a little annoying for me: although the MC has a high intelligence score, he is incredibly forgetful: he regularly goes out without a weapon or his magic bag (which is full of weapons) and, after 13 books… he still has not reset his respawn point, although he was instructed on how to do it several books ago (and he has no reason do to so… he just forgets).
This is bot very credible (people has survival instinct and tend to do important things that will keep them alive).
