Well written and well told and really fun to listen to. 5 stars because it got me hooked right away. I laughed, cried, smiled, frowned - and that's what convinced me. I love that Dolly Alderton reads this herself, makes it feel more personal and emotional. I started listening to this without any expectations and got totally blown away, as I usually don't go for this type of book.

It's the third book that has reinforced the idea for me that one must prioritize loving oneself, others, one's environment, and one's work first. Finding romantic love is deemed challenging! The story is incredibly engaging, sad, authentic, humorous, instructive, and resonates with young and middle age people of all genders.

2. very interesting and witty way to tell about growing up and growing wiser with life while experiencing the good and bad things that come with “the lost 20s”

Would spend 8hours something on this again

3.5 Sterne aufgerundet. Da Buch ist wie ein Überraschungsmenue: man weiss nicht was dir der Chef im nächsten Gang serviert. Ich hab unvermittelt losgeprustet, mich fremdgeschämt, geschmunzelt, vorgespult, zurückgespült, war gerührt und hab geweint. Bestätigt wurde mir auch , dass die Briten das hemmungsloseste Partyfolg der Erde ist.
Einzig: ich bin Generation x und frage mich: was tut die Frau Alderton, wenn sie auf die 50 zumarschiert?!?

The book is so relatable and detailed. It was like therapy to me and I've instantly recommended it to all my friends.
I would advise anyone to read this book :)

I liked listening to the book. It was a relaxing audiobook to have on while cleaning the appartment or walking to the supermarket. However I didn't find it very deep or inspiring. It made me/ our generation feel understood and well described rather than teaching me something about the world that I didn't know or letting me question details of the relationships I'm persuing.
I prefer books that will leave me in a philosophical state where I need to overthink concepts that I thought I had figured out. I didn't find this in "Everything I know abput love". It's still nice to listen to for entertainment.

Dolly hits the nail on the head and encapsulates life as a millennial perfectly. The book is very well read, and relaxing to listen to, I really enjoyed it!
