I didn't like first few chapters to be honest, but once I got used to the writing stil and started to enjoy it. The book offers more and more as it goes on, often surprising me with its turns and connections. Certainly a book to challenge our fixed mindsets and norms we don't realise we have. Something different where not only the connections of topics but also the writing is an art class by itself.

It’s a strange book. It took a bit to get into but it’s deep if you let it be. Listen to it last year and still think about it from time to time.

Though I was very interested in the story I would not recommend to listen to this, rather read that book - especially if you are not an English native speaker (as I am). The story is extremely dense, there are numerous word games and allegations, the mere plot is by far not the main thing that matters here. You end up rewinding a lot, which is not as easy as turning pages back when you read it as a printed copy or on an ebook reader.
