Serj you are an amazing human being! This book opened so much new sides of you to me. Throughout the book I had chills all over my body, I laughed loudly while riding my bike and listening to it, I cried, I ruminated for a week on what I heard. AMAZING!

Must read for anyone, not only SOAD fans

i have a deep conection with soad. my dad listened to it when i was small and over 15 years later i rediscovered soad for myself, it unlocked something deep in my subconcious. serjs story is very eye opening with its subjects of spirituality and how activsm and politics shape our taste of music and vice versa.

it being read by him is also a treat. you can hear his thought in the way he reads the sections.

overall a great listening expierence.

this made me appreciate soad and soad related successor projects even more.

Although he is using advanced english i was cabable tobunderstand everything. it was well written although i habe to admit that it was repetetive (armenien genocide e.g.)
