Excellent new therapy based on newest brain science
Based on newest brain science Harville Hendrix developed this new type of Dialogue-centered-Therapy. This indeed achieves a deep understanding between both partners based on a clearly guided therapy process, which is comprehensively described in this excellent audio book. This audio book comes with a bonus material of 52 ! pages of PDF, which you find in your audible app as a clickable item in the content directory. These 52 pages are brilliant workbook materials and the infinite hours of this audio book are worth and compelling every second. But the best of it is, that it really works. My wife and I worked through this workbook and yes, this really works. We found each other again, appreciate us mutually and have developed a real deep understanding of the basic needs of the partner. The power struggle is over. The power struggle was about forming the partner like one self. The illusion of a symbiosis, which comes in the first phase, the romantic love. Second phase is the power struggle which starts with detection, that the partner is different from one self and therefore so much different from one's expectations towards the partner. With this book, which we listened to together, we finally achieved the third phase: real understanding of the difference of the partner and appreciation of that difference. With this audio book and the 52 workbook PDF bonus pages we finally learned to know each other like human beings. Together we achieved the awareness of the partner, being different from one self. This can be so much more care giving and nurturing than the former power struggle. The audio book is excellent, the narrator very good understandable and the author brilliant! Highly recommended!

umfassend, tiefgreifend und richtungsweisend!
der Sprecher ist mit etwas zu “breit amerikanisch“, doch das Buch ist ein Segen. Umfassendste theoretische Erklärungen und leidenschaftliche Anleitungen werden helfen, die IMAGO-Therapie zu begreifen und weiterzugeben. Für mich ein extrem hilfreiches Buch, bevor ich mit der Ausbildung zur IMAGO-Therapeutin beginne.
