I love these 17 minutes starting with a slight smile for relaxation, then compassion for someone you find easy to love, then yourself and finally for all beings. These good wishes have become my daily prayer for the night.
Not being a native speaker I took one star off the speaker, because I partly have difficulties understanding the wording. But i love the voice.
