This book poses great questions and opens your mind to different ways of asking the hard questions about consciousness. I enjoyed very much how succinctly the author approaches conflicting views backed by different experiments.

a book with a feel of somebody has done a hasty cross reading of wikipedia, not understanding what they read, not being able to string those fragments together, not being able to explain or contextualize. And on top of this failed science summary is interspersed with own exerperiences and "thoughts". It might be interresting if one doesnt know anything regarding this field and looks for a surface scratching "summary". But even in this case there are far better books from actual scientists out there
