The author, who describes himself as a former »poor man's version of the Kelsey Grammer character Dr Frasier Crane from the TV sitcom Frasier« gives some great advice for communicating and connecting with others.
But when reading the autobiographically told experiences you recognize, that this book is more of a self-revealation than a non-function book about communication.
Further more all the details about Australian sports were a bit too much for me. If there would have been a good / better lector this book would habe been a much better impact on the the reader.
