I enjoyed listening to the audiobook and also bought the paperback to reread all practical tips and take another look at the introduced models. listening to the audiobook first and then skimming through the book to strengthen interesting passages also worked very well for me.
it certainly is an introduction (even though I was lucky to already practicing certain modules such as active listening), especially as going more into depths requires practical learning. without it, however, I would certainly not feel proper prepared to even really try.
so, thank you very much.
highly recommended for everybody who is in a leadership position or aspires to move into one or considers becoming a coach

Leider ist die Gliederung nicht brauchbar und besteht nur aus einer nichtssagenden Reihe von "Chapter x". Die Stimme ist gut und es ist auch so gelesen, dass man das alles gut verstehen kann. Inhalt ist sehr gut.
