Ich hatte lange überlegt ob ich mir die Chroniken der Unterwelt (The Mortal Instruments ) auch als Hörbuch auf Englisch zulegen sollte, da die deutschen Hörbücher leider gekürzt sind und die original Englischen Hörbücher immer einen abderen oder eine andere Sprecher/in haben....

Und was Soll ich Sagen....es War definitiv die richtige Entscheidung!!!

Ich war wieder sofort in der Geschichte drin und hab mir auch gleich alle anderen Teile gekauft und Durchgesuchtet!!!

Absolute Lese und Hör Empfehlung 📚/🎧!!!!

Story as good as always, so nothing to complain there. I would prefer the full series to be narrated by the same people, but Sophie Turner also did a great job. The male narrator, however, is probably the worst audiobook narrator I’ve ever listened to. He reads even emotional or exciting parts with such a bored, flat and emotionless tone the sections might as well be narrated by bad AI.

This is my 70th audiobook on this app and I have never heard anything this atrocious! the voice of the male lead was so horrible I couldn't concentrate on the plot! I think my grandmother's dead dog would have shown more emotion than he did. It was unbearable! I had to speed his parts up by 1,7x just to make it through faster, Sophie was the only saving grace here. Please bring back Ed and Molly, whatever it takes, whoever I have to pay, idk! I want a narrator that doesn’t make my ears bleed, please!!!! I beg of you!

Please bring back Ed Westwick!!

The story is beautiful of course. As always.
