Eine schöne entspannte Geschichte für die Vorweihnachtszeit. Die Sprecher haben mir super gefallen. Ich liebe die Bücher von Julie Caplin. Schön hier wieder kurz bekannte Charaktere aus der Romantic Escape Reihe wiederzuhören.

For me as a fan of the Romantic Escape series, this novel has been yet another disappointment after ‘Prague’. The way the heroine copes with her grief is bizarre. She appears to be completely nonautonomous, controlled by her late mother from the grave, without a single original thought of her own. Luckily, she finds romance, nevertheless. Olivia Mace is an amazing voice actress; therefore, I presume the director of this audio book is to blame for her less than stellar performance. Please do better in future – for your fans’ sakes.
