    Miese Audioqualität, schlecht gelesen

    Ein Poppgeräusch nach dem anderen. Als könne sich der Sprecher (oder das Studio) nicht einmal ein vernünftiges Mikrofon leisten. Wirklich mies und unangenehm anzuhören. Dazu ist das Ganze auch noch schlecht gelesen.

    Really a gigantic biohacker Bible

    An enormous book with nice information density. Worth for beginners to get an overview over the topic (make a lot of bookmarks - you'll want to revisit certain passages) and experienced biohackers who can find nice little or big hacks they didn't here about before

    So much content !!

    viele Supplement Empfehlungen, die ich wiederum gut fande (bin selbst Biohaker) und man muss sie ja nicht alle gleich kaufen! aber viel Ernährungs und "Verhaltensweisen" für Atmung, Bewegung, etc. um ein rundum auf Langlebigkeit ausgerichtetes Leben zu leben :)

    Good for a brief overview

    Good for a brief overview the the topics if you don't have the time to read everything. Even though there are sections of the book (e. G. formulas for supplementation, chemical stuff, exercise descriptions where audio really makes no sense. It's better to skip those chapters and read the stuff. Also you get access to online material which is good for further reading. In some parts audio quality is not top notch (hear a lot of breaths etc. There could be some better editing).

    good reading

    This is a great book to reflect on routines you can follow to improve your quality of life, but I found it a bit too long and at times repetitive. The same content could be delivered in a third of the space, and some of the chapters are superfluous (probably attempts to engage a wider audience). 90% of the tips shared by the author are excellent not always well-known though scientifically proven facts, many of which I can fully endorse for any age group (improve your sleep, exercise & sweat toxins out of your organism, intermittent fasting, cold-hot showers, magnesium supplementation, omega-3 rich diets, coconut/olive oil, herbs & spices, antioxidants, etc.). 10% of the tips would be more on the esoteric end. A small enough portion that doesn't diminish the overall value of the book, as placebo effects can also be effective.
