Very informative, actionable and inspiring
Great book. I enjoyed all of the advice very much and the reader can certainly benefit from the authors deep understanding of psychology and human experience. However, as I am not religious myself, I found it very annoying to have to listen to many, many quotes from the bible, always followed by the exact verses and books they were from. Apart from this I can only recommend you listen to this book if you are even remotely interested in the topic.

Super. Praktisch, anschaulich und analytisch.
Super. Sollte jeder hören. Zwar nervt der ständige Bezug und das Zitieren der Bibel aber es bringt viele wichtige Themen zum Grenzen setzten und die Folgen fehlender Grenzen auf den Punkt. Das Buch beinhaltet auch sehr viele praktische Tipps mit sehr anschaulichen Beispielen. Es wiederholt sich zwar sehr oft und wird dadurch sehr sehr lang. Aber für ein Hörbuch ist die häufige Wiederholung gar nicht so schlecht.

Inspiring audiobook
Boundries is an inspiring audiobook with tangible tips on setting boundries at the end of each chapter. The everday-life-stories help to understand the content.
There are many quotes from the bible, for my tastes a bit too many.
Overall it was worth it listening to this audiobook and I can really recommend it

Biblical but useful info
In spite of the unnecessary stuffing of biblical references every 2 seconds, the content itself is really good and very useful, and the narration is flawless.

One bible reference after the other
He probably says some valuable things about boundaries, but i gave up because every other sentence has a reference to the Bible. Takes a lot of credibility from the author. It's a pity.

Very biblical and religious Christian book
This offers good guidance on boundaries, however it is completely rooted in biblical quotes and stories. The Conservative Christian nature of the story should be made clearer in the Audible description. I was looking for a title on boundaries without the Christian teachings. Narrator is good.

Very religious
Every second sentence contains one or multiple quotes from the bible and this completely ruins the book. The audible description should include this information
