Clarissa has a very pleasing voice to listen to. The book is well organized into the different types of dreams with just enough explanation to have an overview (this is a beginner's guide, after all) and not get lost in too many complex details. Encourages me to write down my dreams and follow her instructions... her style is not overwhelming and I feel confident to start.. if I want more, I know I can access that.
