loved how the author brought up a number of different cases to showcase different points in the way to tackle problems. as appealing as it sounds however, it still seems that the author tries to give reasonings and explanations for events that had happened, and not with his set of rules/guidelines "predict" the outcome of a certain problem. nevertheles, it is very enriching and a very good read.
