Arthur was the first photographer to greet a grieving King Charles on his return to London for Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral. He took the first press photographs of Princess Diana and travelled the world with her for 17 years, documenting major royal relationships including Charles and Diana, Charles and Camilla, and William and Kate.
