Between brain surgery, seizures, heart procedures, and taking some time away from work, I've realized that I don't have to do everything all at once. We dive into why multitasking is mostly a myth, how focusing on one thing at a time can help rebuild our attention and calm our nervous systems, and how that idea applies to fitness, comedy, reading, and everyday life. Sometimes the best thing we can do isn't squeeze more into the day - it might just be to enjoy the day we've already got.
