As we continue the series on the vision of our church, we consider the commonalities between the 3 pillars of the church.
In considering the commonalities, we see that all 3 pillars are things that we have in our control (having heaven in our homes, seeking God and aiming to look like Jesus). Many times, we can get overwhelmed by things we cannot control. Problems, other people, past failures and outcomes all cloud our mind so that we are not focused on what the Lord has given us today to handle.
Instead of focusing on what we cannot control, God is asking that we manage what we do have control over. We look at the life of Moses to consider how he managed what the Lord gave him to eventually lead the people out of Egypt. Our prayer is that you partner with the Lord and give the little you have so the Lord can make much out of it.
