In Part 5, we break the news that the Ohio Innocence Project has officially taken up James Ferrara’s case, based on the new evidence we uncovered, and that they will be filing for a new trial to overturn his 2013 conviction in the triple-murder of Benjamin, Marilyn, and Heather Marsh.

Ben Marsh, a General Motors Lordstown security guard was killed because of what he found in 1974 at the GM plant just outside of Youngstown, Ohio. James Ferrara was convicted of the crimes but new evidence from the leaked Organized Crime Task Force Files finally reveal the true killer.
