Über diesen Titel

Metacognition is a term coined in the 1970s, but the practice is at least 2,400 years old, dating back to the greats of Greece. The instruction was simple: start thinking about your thinking. View your thoughts from above and see where they're actually taking you. Then ask yourself, is this working for me?

Most people never do this. Why? Because thinking about thinking can be a difficult practice at first. But in this episode, we aim to simplify the initial steps toward metacognition and the development of an intuition mindset.

We cover:

  • How to notice the thought patterns that are costing you your peace, inspiration, and clarity
  • Why doubt is not critical thinking, but a constellation of fearful thoughts dressed up as logic
  • How frustration marks the precise moment momentum effort can tip into looping, unhelpful compulsion

We also talk about the conditions, thoughts, and internal cues that move you toward your clearest thinking and brightest vision.

The mind, like the body, gets sharper with deliberate practice and attention. You go to the gym to train your body. You go to metacognition to train your mind. These are the reps.

Intuition Mindset® teaches Whole Mind Intelligence: the integration of emotional intelligence, cognitive clarity, and intuition-based awareness. If you want a structured place to apply this work, our Intuition-Led EQ 8-week program blends metacognitive and emotional intelligence principles into a single framework, built for people who are ready to meet the most intelligent parts of their mind.
