These fake versions of this supplement contain undeclared tadalafil, the generic for Cialis, a prescription drug that can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure and other serious side effects for those taking nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin. Affected: counterfeit product labeled with the bogus lot number LOT308EXP03/28.
These counterfeit products have been sold nationwide since August, 2025.
If you have any of these Green Lumber products, check the packaging and immediately discontinue use of any recalled product.
