This guided meditation is a gentle invitation to clear your inner field— to release emotional residue, energetic noise, and anything you may have been carrying that doesn’t truly belong to you.
As sensitive or empathic beings, we often absorb tones, moods, expectations, and collective heaviness without realizing it. Over time, this can leave us feeling tired, scattered, or disconnected from our own center.
This practice is not about fixing yourself or forcing anything to change. It’s about creating enough spaciousness for your natural clarity and steadiness to return.
You don’t need to visualize perfectly or feel anything dramatic. Just a willingness to pause, soften, and gently set down what was never yours to hold.
Come just as you are.
