Recipes:
Shrimp Nachos
Heat oven to 400
Marinate shelled shrimp in your favorite margarita mix for at least 30 minutes
Dice a couple of peppers of your favorite variety
Thinly slice a green onion
Layer a large cookie sheet with Tostitos Hint of Lime tortilla chips
Cook shrimp in a pan until pink, cut into small pieces and set aside
Layer chips with peppers, onion and Mexican cheese
Bake for about 10 minutes
Add shrimp and more cheese
Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chips are starting to brown
Enjoy!
