How to make a Gold Rush
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces of Bourbon
- 3/4 ounce of honey syrup
- 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
- Fill shaker half way with ice
- Add the bourbon, honey syrup and lemon juice
- Shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass (ice in optional)
- Rim the glass with a lemon peel and add to the drink
