📖 Day 29 — God’s Sovereign Choice
Genesis 27
This chapter reminds us that God’s purposes are not fragile.
Genesis 27 is filled with deception, favoritism, and broken family dynamics—but even in the middle of human failure, God’s sovereign plan moves forward. Isaac is deceived. Rebekah manipulates. Jacob schemes. Esau despises what he was given. No one comes out looking heroic.
And yet—God’s promise stands.
This passage doesn’t excuse sin, but it does magnify grace. God is not dependent on perfect people to accomplish perfect purposes. His covenant does not collapse because of our weakness.

Grace does not mean God overlooks sin—it means His plan is stronger than it.
Even when our choices complicate the path, God remains faithful to His word.
