In this episode, I unpack one of the greatest deceptions of the New Age – and how it quietly infiltrates the self-development and entrepreneurship spaces, often without Christians realizing it. We explore how the enemy distorts Biblical principles and scripture just enough to sound appealing, empowering, and “almost right,” while subtly shifting worship away from God and toward the self. I talk about the dangers of focusing on “creating your reality” and endlessly upleveling your identity, and how this obsession with self ultimately leads to exhaustion, emptiness, and a rejection of God – even when you appear successful on the surface. This episode is also a reminder that you don’t have to strive, perform, or pray “correctly” to earn God’s approval – Jesus already completed the work on the cross. Our invitation is not to use God to get something for ourselves, but to surrender into real relationship and communion with the Holy Spirit. When your identity is rooted in Christ rather than your ego, the external results become secondary to the inner transformation, because who you are for others is the truest fruit of God manifesting through your life.
