Yoga Nidra allows the mind, body, and spirit to come into one unified field of stillness — a place where the nervous system resets, the heart opens, and the deeper layers of your being remember their natural harmony.


This practice may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing:

You’re welcome to lie down anywhere you feel fully supported — your bed, your mat, or a soft place where your body can completely let go. Use pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you feel held. There is no effort here. No striving. Only rest, renewal, and gentle awakening.
