Kennedy Jr. and Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins announced new dietary guidelines for Americans, that upended the food pyramid as we know it, and emphasized red meat and whole-fat diary — both of which past guidelines have long recommended we limit our intake of because of their saturated fat content.
