The 179th episode of the Inside Groove Show celebrates open wheel racing past, present, and future. Host Tom Baker is joined by award-winning open-wheel racing journalist Jacob Seelman, who talks about his family's three-generation background in open-wheel racing from sprint cars to supermodifieds.

Jacob shares the inspiration for joining Tom on the journey to making Steering Wheel Nation and the Inside Groove the digital home for grassroots open-wheel racing in America, and Tom also brings an encore presentation of an interview he did with one of open-wheel racing's most popular drivers ever, Bentley Warren, from 2020.

Warren, now in his mid-eighties but still riding his Harley like someone a half-century younger, started three Indy 500s and won hundreds of races in Supermodifieds, Sprint Cars, and TQ-Midget cars over the course of his long career.
