Es ist okay psychisch krank zu sein und es ist okay darüber zu reden. Es ist sogar wichtig darüber zu reden, weil es einerseits einen selbst befreit und andererseits andere Leute bekräftigt ihre Maske ab und an fallen zu lassen und sich zu zeigen. Mit allen sogenannten Makeln und Problemen.
Ach wichtig wäre noch eine CW/TW selbstverletzendes Verhalten. Ich weiss nicht mehr, ob das in der Beschreibung klar wurde.

I really enjoyed listening to the story. the reader made it even more special. it was fun listening to her voice, her intonation and interpretation of the characters. the story itself brings you back to the burdens of being a teen and makes it modern and special by treating 2 side topics - mental health and feminism. The main character Evie shares her daily life and her thoughts with us and takes the reader to house partys, college lessons, girls nights and boy encounters.

it is a book I would recommend to be obliged in school education. lots of teens and former teens can relate to.

Endlich! Das erste Mal, dass mich eine Sprecherin begeistert hat! Sie liest die Geschichte mit so viel Charme und gibt den Gefühlen so viel Ausdruck! Die Geschichte eines jungen Mädchens wird damit so was von aufgewertet.
