I read this a few months ago and when I saw the audiobook was now included in my Audible subscription, I immediately jumped at the chance and listened to it. It was just as fun the second time around. The voices were excellent; the cadence too. Highly recommend! Such a beautiful, nuanced portrayal of queer and a-spec identities, and complicated family dynamics. Jack’s voice is sharp and witty without being overly “adult”, if that makes sense. He’s very much a teen and allowed to be all kinds of messy and complicated.
