HoT Like everything from Sam Hall. ice story about what it does to you to be pressed into a role that doesnt realy fit.

Amazing as always Sam Hall books, but to be honest it took we forever to pick this one up even if i read the other in this series long time ago(really recommend), but then switched to other Sam OV series and it was so dark so I never finished it and thought it will be the same. But it was a nice surprise that it was about strong headed, disciplined and empowering characters full of wonder for discovering how everything works.

I was soo sooo needing the different POVs as I am already used to this kind of books but in audio version it was good that there was also male voice and ohh how well they made the book sound. Now thinking to perhaps listen to other two also in series.

Think to remember from this book:📚 “to think you own to reprocreciate - that’s might work with beta’s but not with alfa. We provide food, shelter, comfort, pleasure, whatever you needs, we move heavens and earth to provide- that’s what we are.”

Don't let this innocuous cover fool you. Riley and her Vanguard brothers really set the pages ablaze (If you have the chance to listen to the audiobook... Rupert Channing's voice is incredibly sexy). The story can be read as a standalone and is not only tastefully erotic but also has depth. I found this aspect particularly appealing.
