I like a little bit erotic scenes in a romance book but half a book erotic scenes is not a good balance. Specifically when most of the sentences are practically the same, “it was like the first kiss”.
At some point I started to fast forward the erotic scenes even the conversations afterward since it was always predictable, a reminder to their childhood memories.
