This book is for the seekers who are interested in the ancient arts, the old path, the one that travels within your veins and through your ancestral lineage. The path is known as witchcraft. This is not a book on Wicca or new age witchcraft - these new aspects of the craft have been served well in recent years. I have found a huge gap missing in the teachings going out about ancestral witchcraft - perhaps this is because we are a pretty secretive bunch!
These ancient ways come from deep within you. There is no need for elaborate stages and hierarchies. The ancient ways can be practiced every day as you go about your day. We don’t need to set up high fluting rituals in order to commune with the Goddess and God. They are with us always. Of course at solstices and other sacred days, it’s great to have a beautiful ritual where you go alone or get the family involved, but it is not necessary. All you need is yourself, the knowing to connect to the Great Ones (and others), and a connection to nature. The rest, well, it’s magic....
